The French National Centre for Scientific Research (French: Centre national de la recherche scientifique, CNRS) is the largest governmental research organization in France and the largest fundamental science agency in Europe. The delegation visited Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) on June 1, 2016, and had a session with DR. Manshaei and other IUT representatives to review possible collaboration between their center and the university.

A joint paper by Monireh Mohebbi Moghaddam, Dr. Manshaei, Dr. Walid Saad from VirginiaTech, and Dr. Maziar Goudarzi from Sharif University of Technology, titled "On Data Center Demand Response: A Cloud Federation Approach" has been accepted for publication in a future issue of IEEE ACCESS journal.
